My name is Heather and I am a lip product junkie. I have way more lipstick, lip gloss, stains, balms, etc. than I will ever need. And yet, there is always room for more! That is why picking just one favorite lip product was an impossible task for me. I did, however manage to narrow it down to four, which I consider to be pretty darn impressive.
- MAC Speak Louder – this was the first MAC product that I ever purchased. According to their website, this is a clean poppy blue pink and it is a Cremesheen finish. I love this lipstick if I feel like wearing a slightly brighter pink. Really pale baby pinks look ridiculous on me, and this is my solution for the perfect pink lip.
- Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Black Cherry – I wish I had time to do a lip swatch so you could see this lipstick in all its glory. On my hand it looks intimidating and in the tube it looks downright frightening; but on the lips – oh, it is just gorgeous. This is definitely a lipstick that you could lightly apply over some balm for a stained effect or go all out for a deep, vampy dark lip. Either way, it is incredible and one of my all time favorites.
- Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Wild Orchid – Now, for something completely different. This lipstick is a bright fuchsia, with a purple duochrome sparkle. When the light hits this in just the right way, you see the purple of the microglitter and it is such an unexpected pop of color! Really great for a fun bright summer lip.
- Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Rendezvous – awhile ago, I did a post reviewing this lip product ( you can find that post here) where I mentioned this shade as being my favorite. I am still wearing it a ton as I love a bright orangey coral lip for summer. If you are looking for the perfect, wearable orange lip color, I seriously recommend giving this a go. It is amazing!
Hope you liked the peek at some of my fave lip products at the moment. What are some lip products that you can’t live without?
